This program with Nicole is just amazing. The hypnotherapy sessions are so powerful. Every day I am looking forward to doing them and I have now already reduced a lot of weight. More important to me is though, that I lovingly accept my body now. I feel like finally being connected to my body again and I enjoy eating again. Just in a more conscious and healthy way.

When I started this program, I was feeling so bad. I had tried many diets and nothing seemed to work. Now I can finally see a change in my eating behaviour. My tendency to Overeating is completely gone and I naturally tend to choose healthier foods for myself. Everything changed for me, when I understood that I have to change my subconscious mind.
