We teach you not only how to improve your facilitation skills as a Scrum Master or related Agile roles, but also how to facilitate no matter your role. From meeting facilitation, the use of the Core Protocols, to running an Open Space, we cover it all!

This ONLINE class runs over 4 days from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm EDT

Duration: This is a 4 day remote intensive designed to greatly enhance your facilitation skills. We meet for 4, 4-hour sessions. There will be some prework/homework prior to each session.
