Multigrain breads are made from at least one bread cereal and at least one non-bread cereal, in total from three or correspondingly more different cereals. Each cereal is included with at least 5%. Multigrain breads have a unique variety of grains. This ensures an individual taste. Multigrain breads taste from mildly aromatic to strong and are unmistakable due to their crunchy bite. It contains important dietary fiber due to a high grain content. In addition to the grains, oil seeds such as linseed and sunflower seeds are added. Thus, a multigrain bread is nutritionally very valuable.
