The "SELENIT" crystal as a bringer of light is a stone with multiple meanings...

The soft, shimmering light that emanates from it is also compared to the magical light of the moon.

Named after the goddess Selene (ancient Greek for moon), selenite is the crystalline form of moon magic and is also known as moonstone.

Selene once whispered:

"I am the moon, the luminous, changeable one... I am eternal and changeable, gentle and everlasting, I am moonlight and water and illuminate the night."

Selene is the bright moon goddess who brings light into our world, and her stories and her beauty still fascinate people today.

Selene is the original moon goddess of the Greeks like no other. Later, the virgin huntress Artemis was also associated with the moon. The goddess Artemis: the goddess of hunting, the forest, birth... She is one of the twelve great Olympian gods and thus one of the most important deities and, last but not least, the goddess Artemis is the guardian of Moritzburg Castle.

Each selenite sphere is a handmade natural product from Morocco. They are characterised by their individuality and may therefore differ slightly in terms of cut, size, shape and colour.
