Digistore24 CEO Francis Wolff joined the Nutra panel at Affiliate World Summit Bucharest to discuss localization, CPA affiliate programs, and Club24 2027.

Affiliate World Summit Bucharest took place last week, September 21-23, 2026, bringing together affiliate marketers, digital companies, monetization platforms, entrepreneurs and content creators across a wide range of industries at Europe’s largest conference of its kind.

Francis Wolff, Co-Founder & CEO of Digistore24, joined the Nutra panel at the event: “Emerging Markets, Growing Niches, Bigger Wins,” where the panelists explored which markets and niches have the most opportunities right now and how affiliate and advertiser strategies are shifting.

Winning Across Markets

Five panelists, four men and one woman, stand on a stage in front of a blue screen displaying their headshots and professional titles.

The panel touched on how much localization is required to take a “winning” U.S. offer into Europe and other markets, highlighting how different regions buy differently compared to the U.S. and what builds trust in the U.S. can feel urgent and over-hyped in European markets.

Simply translating language is not sufficient for localizing offers from one market to another. As Digistore24 Head of Sales Lenée Gill wrote in Sales & Marketing Management, the offer may be the same, but how it is presented can make or break conversions. Sellers must be mindful of their tone, be transparent, and establish credibility that resonates with the new market they’re trying to sell in. Additionally, they need to use local currency, VAT-inclusive pricing, and local payment methods that people trust in the local market and make compliance a priority from day one.

Digistore24 supports all of this through its European expansion capabilities to help vendors sell in European markets faster while reducing compliance, payment and operational complexity.

Finding the Balance

Five panelists sit on blue couches on stage at the AW Summit, with one man speaking into a microphone.

In today’s Nutra market, affiliates want higher payouts and stronger conversions while advertisers need margins, retention and backend profitability. The question becomes: how do we find the balance where everyone can make money and continue to scale?

When affiliates can see retention and chargebacks in real time, they can optimize for customers who stick around, allowing payouts to grow without losing margins. In fact, more Nutra brands are turning to CPA affiliate programs for this reason, where affiliates are paid only for completed actions like a sale or sign-up.

Digistore24 illustrates this through a hypothetical supplement brand that moves from in-house Meta ads to a CPA affiliate program and cuts its customer acquisition cost by more than a third. The programs that see results like that treat affiliates as partners rather than traffic sources, investing in strong creative, clear tracking, and incentives that work for both sides. Transparency is what creates the balance.

Looking Ahead

From April 19–22, 2027, Club24 takes over Grand Velas Los Cabos for three days of connection, discovery, celebration, and time with people you would rarely find gathered in one place.

Francis and Digistore24 were proud to join the conversation in Bucharest. In addition to participating in the Nutra panel, Digistore24 also hosted a dinner with key affiliate guests where it announced Club24, its flagship VIP event, will come back for another year – taking place in Los Cabos, Mexico, from April 19-22, 2027.
